If the item wasn’t customized. We accept returns within the first 30 days of the original purchase date, it is your responsibility to return the product to us with the original tags and packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit or you can have a store credit for future purchases.

Customized product cannot be returned unless the complete luggage is made of a single color (body, cover and frame = single color)

Return or exchange my personalized items (embroidery)

Personalized (embroidered) items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned, but our product warranties still apply. Personalization is only available on new items.

How to make a return

If you are eligible to return it, under the 1-year Limited Warranty and approved, please follow these steps:

  • Complete the Contact Us form on our website.
  • Upload proof of the original purchase date
  • Upload pictures of the damaged item
  • Pack in a suitable packing box
  • Shipping cost is paid by costumer
