There are 13 assembly stations and each one is manned by a well-trained operator. Each case is assembled according to an assembly order document, which is automatically generated the minute you place your order and the payment has been verified.
When you select the Body, the cover and the trim colors, is just the first step, your own design is about to be created, after step by step going passing through each assembly station your case is completed, and detailed and critical inspection will make sure that what you’ll get is exactly what you have ordered.
Because of our advance shelves design coupled with the hybrid construction, our products are unique and unlike any other products in the market, thus, special purpose equipment had to be imported and installed in our assembly facility.
Finally, to protect your case on route to you, we use a heavy-duty transparent PVC cover that will ensure your luggage arrives in perfect condition.
A special section in our factory is dedicated to repair and parts replacement.
That ensures you that in most cases and for a fee, we will be able to extend the life of your case as much as possible.
