Yes! to protect your luggage at all times, during traveling and while storing, we will give you a Clear Cover for each luggage you purchase FREE of charge!

Do I get a Free Cover for every Luggage?

Only the Carry-On can nest inside our Large size case.

Do your suitcases nest inside each other?

Sorry, we cannot ship to PO boxes and APO address. All shipments are sent to business and residential addresses. If you don't have a residential address, please reach out to Customer Care team > contact@easypackluggage.com before placing the order and we will try our best to find a solution.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We can ship to the US and Canada by our approved courier. We are also able to ship anywhere in the world. International shipping will be on a case-by-case basis, and at your own expense.

Where can you ship my order?

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product is received by our Quality Assurance team after confirmation that your case falls within our 1-year Limited Warranty. Once the return has been approved, it typically takes 3 - 4 business days for the refund to be made to your original payment method. PayPal: You will typically see the funds in your account within 3-business day of the refund being initiated. Credit/Debit card: It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to arrive in your account, depending on the card provider.

If my return is approved, when will I receive my refund?

If your product becomes defective during the first year, please refer to our Limited 1 Year Warranty. We do not refund products that are cosmetically damaged or have damaged due to normal wear and tear. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please email our Customer Care team at contact@easypackluggage.com We do not accept returns that are: ● Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.) ● Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose. ● Damaged by mishandling from airlines.

What are the conditions for returning my product during the first year?

If you are eligible to return it, under the 1-year Limited Warranty and approved, please follow these steps: ● Complete the Contact Us form on our website. ● Upload proof of the original purchase date ● Upload pictures of the damaged item ● Pack in a suitable packing box ● Shipping cost is paid by costumer ● Send to the following address: EasyPack Luggage 5585 Meadows del Mar San Diego, CA 92130.

How do I make a return?

No, personalized (embroidered) items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned, but our product warranties still apply. Personalization is only available on new items.

Can I return or exchange my personalized items (embroidery)?

If the item wasn’t customized. Yes, we accept returns within the first 30 days of the original purchase date, it is your responsibility to return the product to us with the original tags and packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit or you can have a store credit for future purchases. Customized product cannot be returned unless the complete luggage is made of a single color (body, cover and frame = single color)

Can I return my EasyPack Luggage product?

Yes. EasyPack Luggage Carry-On suitcase is suitable to fly as cabin baggage for MOST airlines. We recommend that you check with the airline directly what is their maximum dimensions allowed. The dimensions of EasyPack Luggage Carry-on case are 20” x 14” x 9.5” excluding the wheels and depending how much is packed in the front cover pockets.

Can I take the Carry-On model on a plane?

If the item you want is sold out, we will notify you of the expected availability date or you will have the option to choose another item or color.

What if the item I want is currently not available ?

Due to the personal attention in the manufacturing of your product, we expect to ship your order within 10 business days. Shipping time depends on your location. We do offer expedite delivery at an additional charge. We do not offer overnight.

How soon can I get my order?

We are currently unable to exchange the products you ordered online.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, we do offer repairs. Repair costs varies depending on the type of repair that is needed. Please email our Customer Care team at contact@easypackluggage.com or complete the Customer Care form in our Website and let’s discuss what needs to be done to get you going again with your EasyPack Luggage.

Do you offer repairs after 1 year from date of purchase?

No worries, we will replace your order with the correct one. Please keep your order with the tags and the original packaging to be return.

What if I receive a product that isn’t what I ordered?

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact Customer Care at contact@easypackluggage.com and send us a brief description and a picture of the problem, if our team approves your claim according to our 1-year warranty, we will gladly send you a replacement.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?
